A 30-Year Milking Parlour Gets a New Lease on Life

This barn spent more than three decades as the heart of a working dairy operation. Over time, the original concrete floors, metal stalls, and infrastructure had seen their day.

Our crews carefully demolished the interior, removing the heavy concrete and dismantling the stalls piece by piece. With the structure stripped to its frame, we installed new steel cladding to the building envelope—bringing modern durability and a fresh, clean look while preserving the barn’s original form.

The result is a stronger, weather-tight structure that’s ready for whatever comes next. Proof that with the right hands, even the hardest-working buildings can be reimagined for decades of use ahead
